Leadership is a trait that provides individuals to motivate others to perform any task. Leadership depends on trust. The people who is most trustworthy he can leads people more efficiently. In political sense leaders are in two types. Democratic leader and autocratic leader. Democratic leader focusses on peoples opinion. Opposely, autocratic leader focusses on opinion himself made. How a people become a leader？ Leadership sometimes opportunistic. It should compare with a road accident. Just think a buss with passanger made an accident. Peoples are injured. Some peoples walking away besides them frustated. Some are looking the scarry scenary. Among themselves a few number were step forward. They handled the situation and took injured people to hospital. They became trustful to others and became leader.

Grand Unification theorem

 Grand Unification Theorem which is shortly called GUT is a pathway of establishing Theory of Everything, a predicted theory hope to explain all of the phenomena of physics from a unique platform.  Grand Unification Theorem merges three gague interaction in universe. Three gague interaction strong force, weak force and electromagnetic force were merged into one force if grand unification was correct, which is called electronuclear force. It is thought that once in universe no fundamental interaction was seperated rather they were merged into one force.

 The main cause of getting elder earliar is oxidative stress.  Some people you may find that they are getting elder very rapidly. Opposite scenery is also available that some peoples are able to maintain their age. Evergreen peoples looks very younger even their age is too much elder. How it possible？  Our body continuously produces free radicals. These free radicals made oxidative stress in cell. Cell damages earlier.  If it possible to prevent oxidative stress or burden of free radicals then it is possible to prevent getting elder.  Antioxidant can play a vital role to nutralise free radicals.
